Expanded Finishing with Zünd D3 Digital Cutter
Lithographix has added a Zünd D3 digital CNC cutter to further expand our finishing capabilities and increase production efficiency across displays, packaging, and large-format graphics.
Built around an innovative dual-beam system, the D3 allows two independent beams to operate simultaneously, each equipped with up to three tools. This configuration effectively doubles throughput while the intelligent cutter controller automatically distributes jobs between beams to maintain continuous, high-speed production.
The platform supports knife cutting, routing, and creasing with fully automated tool initialization, ensuring precise depth control and consistent results across a wide range of materials. A direct-drive system, advanced software, and precision controls deliver accurate cuts and clean edges, even on complex or high-volume jobs.
Designed for flexibility, the D3 can be configured with multiple tool combinations, extensions, and material handling options to streamline workflow and reduce manual intervention. Integrated with Zünd Cut Center software, the system creates a complete, end-to-end cutting solution that improves speed, repeatability, and overall finishing quality.
